OUR EQUIPMENT AND FACILITIES
The city of Greensboro is located in North Carolina's centrally located Piedmont Triad area. Our location allows access to multiple shipping lanes and common carriers. From single cartons to truckload quantities, American will get your order to you safely and on time using our carriers or one of your preference.
American Extruded Plastics is housed in a 35,000 square foot climate controlled facility containing a wealth of equipment including:
- Many Extrusion lines from 1.00" to 2.5", single and twin screw extruders for single, co and tri-extrusion.
- Injection molding machines (From 50 Ton to 500 Ton, and high speed robotics - Visit AIMolding.com for more information.)
- Auxiliary and downstream equipment including vacuum tanks, in-line saws, cutters, pullers, desiccant dryers, grinders, off-set printers.
- Fabrication equipment includes CNC machining, punch presses, assembly jigs, drill presses and specialty equipment to produce to your custom needs.
